This class contains information on how ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Academic Services (UOPAS) was set up, its legal status and contact details.
Roles and Responsibilities
UOPAS is a limited company which is a fully owned subsidiary of the ºÚÁϳԹÏ.
UOPAS was incorporated on 21st June 2022 and is registered at Companies House under company number 14186068. The principal activity of UOPAS is to provide staffing services to the ºÚÁϳԹÏ.

Board Members
As a wholly owned subsidiary of the ºÚÁϳԹÏ, UOPAS Board members are taken from University staff. They are:

This class contains information from the incorporation of UOPAS relating to the University’s strategies and plans, performance indicators, audits, inspections and reviews.

4. How we make decisions
This class contains information on how the organisation makes decisions.
Board minutes and resolutions
Paper copies of the minutes of UOPAS Board Meetings and of the Resolutions of the Board are available from the UOPAS Company Secretary at paul.mould@port.ac.uk.
These minutes won’t include any confidential items of business.
5. Our policies and procedures
This class contains details of written protocols, policies and procedures for delivering UOPAS services and responsibilities.
Policies
As a wholly owned subsidiary of the University, UOPAS is bound by University policies on matters such as complaints management, data protection and records management.

6. Lists and registers
UOPAS doesn’t hold, and isn’t required to hold, any information in publicly available registers.
