Bio - Hannah Murray
As an award winning Wellbeing Coach and expert, Hannah Playfoot-Murary has over a decade of experience in the mental health field. Her mission is to raise awareness of the importance of positive wellbeing and transform mindsets to enable others to thrive, and not just survive.
Hannah knows first hand how to turn the tide on poor mental health and has overcome personal negative experiences with optimism, acceptance and resilience. Through her many professional platforms, she shares tools that allow individuals to explore the benefits of self development whilst supported; building self awareness, reducing overwhelm and enhancing fulfilment.
Hannah is hugely passionate about the power of conversation; she empowers and motivates audiences to reflect and enhance their knowledge of mental health; offering evidence-based and stigma-free solutions that bring clarity around the science of the brain, understand the depth of emotional intelligence, and improve our interpretation of what it means to really have, positive wellbeing.
